The composition of the Company's shareholders is PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk 65% and PT Petrokimia Gresik 35%. Shareholders can convincingly demonstrate how trustworthy a corporation is. Both of the shareholders are a state-owned corporation, which has a specific and rigid regulation system.
