About KIG
PT Kawasan Industri Gresik (PT KIG) is a developer company specializing in providing industrial land for local, national and international investors. We currently offer a variety of business lines such as: industrial land, warehouses, standard factory buildings and business centers.
This area is supported by reliable facilities and infrastructure that provide guarantees on tenant investments. PT KIG stands on an area of 135 ha, with 44 ha of infrastructure land and 91 Ha of commercial land.
Along with the development of the company, our management plans to expand business in other regions. Currently we are developing Tuban Industrial Estate (KIT) which is managed professionally like Gresik Industrial Area (KIG).
We continually strive to improve our performance and services to investors continuously in order to maintain our current and future mutually beneficial cooperation. It also reflects our commitment to the company's vision and mission.
